To help keep Deer Run RV Park safe, comfortable and enjoyable for everyone, all guests and visitors are expected to follow the park rules below. Please review them before and during your stay.
General Park Rules
Speed Limit & Registered Guests
- Please observe the park’s 10 MPH speed limit at all times.
- Only registered guests may occupy a campsite.
- Only one RV is permitted per campsite.
Children & Pool Safety
Children under 16 must be supervised and accompanied by a parent or guardian while at the pool and while using park facilities.
Deer Run RV Park does not provide lifeguards. Swimming is at your own risk. Parents or guardians may be responsible for fines or the cost of damage caused by unsupervised children.
Campsite Cleanliness & Trash
- Keep your campsite clear of trash, cigarette butts, bottles, cans and other debris. Guests are responsible for keeping their sites neat and tidy.
- Household trash must be placed in the dumpsters located throughout the park. Please do not place household trash in the smaller trash cans around the campground.
Vehicles & Parking
- All vehicles must be registered with the office.
- Vehicles must be parked within your campsite and kept off the grass.
- Rugs may not be placed on the grass.
- Auto repairs are not permitted unless first approved by the office.
Fire, Campsite & Golf Cart Rules
Campfires & Fire Pits
Campfires are permitted only in designated fire rings or contained fire pits. Uncontained fires are not permitted.
Do not burn leaves or trash. Fire pits are available for rent, and firewood is available for purchase onsite.
At Your Campsite
The following are not permitted at campsites:
- Window air conditioners
- Tents
- Clotheslines or clothes racks
- Rugs placed on the grass
Golf Carts
All golf carts must be registered with the office and have working lights. Golf cart drivers must be at least 16 years old and have a valid driver’s license.
Quiet Hours, Payments & Guest Conduct
Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
Please be considerate of your neighbors and help maintain a peaceful environment throughout the park.
Camping Fees
Camping fees must be paid by the due date. A $50 late fee will be incurred every seven days after the due date.
Guest Conduct
Public drunkenness or illegal drug use will result in immediate ejection from the park without refund.
Pet Rules
Pets are welcome at Deer Run RV Park. To help keep the park comfortable and safe for everyone, please follow these pet rules throughout your stay.
Leashes & Cleanup
- Pets must be kept on a leash.
- Guests must pick up after their pets and properly dispose of pet waste.
- A maximum of 3 pets per RV is permitted.
Pet Pens & Unattended Pets
Dog pens are permitted; however, you must remain outside with your pet while the pet is in the pen. Pets may not be left unattended in a pen or while on a lead.
If you use a pet pen at your site, you are responsible for maintaining the grass within the pen and promptly cleaning up after your pet.
Fishing Pond Rules
Motorized Vehicles
Motorized vehicles are not permitted around the fishing ponds.
No Vessels
Vessels of any kind are not permitted on the fishing ponds.
Catch & Release
Fishing is permitted in Deer Run’s ponds, but all fishing is catch and release.
Please Note
In addition to these rules, guests must follow any specific facility rules posted throughout the park. Failure to comply with park or facility rules may result in removal from the property without refund.
