Each RV site and tiny home pad includes complimentary cable TV hookups. Wi-Fi may be available in select areas — please contact our office for current details.

What is the minimum lease term?

A one-year lease is required for all tiny home rentals. Short-term stays are not currently available.

Are pets allowed in the tiny homes?

Yes! We are a pet-friendly park. Please let us know about your pet during the application process. Some breed or size restrictions may apply.

What utilities are included in the rent?

Rent includes access to all park amenities. Water and sewer are included; electric and any optional services (e.g., internet) are the tenant’s responsibility.
